Ballyknocken Cookery School is scenically located on a 350 acre farm only a short drive from Dublin City Centre between Ashford and Glenealy in County Wicklow, Ireland. Run by celebrity TV chef Catherine Fulvio, the school offers a broad range of cookery classes from Southern Italian recipes to Gourmet on a Budget with something for everyone and accommodation available in our Victorian Farmhouse, Ballyknocken House.

Ballyknocken cookery school offers Gift Vouchers and Shortbreak packages on all courses. Cooking classes for private groups for Birthday Parties and Hen Parties as well as Corporate team building cookery classes are also available.

Head chef, proprietor and food writer, Catherine, is a true foodie and now has 3 TV series, and 2 cook books. She has made many media appearances and is a familiar face on major international TV channels such as Discovery, NBC Today Show, The Food Network and BBC Good Food Channel’s Market Kitchen to name a few.

Accommodation is available on site at Ballyknocken House, located a mere 29 miles south of Dublin city centre, Ballyknocken is the   ideal location for day cookery classes or a weekend cookery course.
