Christmas Dinner Class 2012
Tired of soggy brussels sprouts, not so tender turkey, plain plum pudding… Well, now you have the chance to improve standards… by cooking your own delicious Christmas dinner!
• On arrival to Ballyknocken Cookery School enjoy a glass of homemade mulled wine
• Then it’s time to don your hats and aprons and get to work!
• Under the guidance of our expert tutors guests will create their own delicious 3 course meal from start to finish
• Choose from our 2 hour classes - An Italian Christmas or The Perfect Gourmet Christmas
• Our tutors will also introduce guests to new cooking trends & techniques including knife skills
• After all your hard work in the kitchen sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labour!
• After Dinner why not try some fun blind wine tasting or Irish coffee making?
All guests will receive a recipe booklet to take home - perfect for making the dishes again!
